Did you know that many of the programs we offer free to the community and our patients are not publically funded?  Workshops like Better Sleep, Relaxation and Stress Management, Anxiety, and the Walk-Fit program are provided through the generous donations of people like you.  Please help us by making a donation:

Our free workshops can be one to six sessions.  Dates and times are listed in the workshop calendar or click the workshop of your choice below.  Space is limited so you must register to attend a class.  To register please follow the instructions in each workshop.

Registering Online - If you are booked into our system you will receive a confirmation email of your registration. If you do not, please call 519-833-7576 x362.

Please Note - If you are attempting to register for a program or workshop you have already attended, within the past 2 years, please call 519-833-7576 ext 362, to be put on a waiting list for this session. This will ensure that spots are made available first to those who have not yet had the opportunity to participate. Thank you for your cooperation.
